A number of 14 partners, IPA partners and ASP attended the meeting. Total number of participants was of 23 persons
The Steering Committee adopted the following decisions from the subjects discussed Thursday in Magurele in order to enhance the impact of the Project RI2I
- The implementation teams will take into consideration the necessity to make the project more visible for the target groups taking into consideration the expertise and the credibility of the three ELI pillars and of the national experts included in the project. This approach will represent a way for the partners to be more useful for their communities.
- The responsible for the communication working package will produce a booklet with the experts involved in the project, based on the data generated by each partner. This initiative will give a better visibility to the project and will enhance the role of the project as a driving force in the field of its main objective.
- The partners will share their own agenda of events for a better cooperation between themselves. When a partner will be interested by the activity / activities initiated by another will request to be involved in that specific event.
- The partners from each country will try to involve the public radio & TV in the promotion of the project. The Romanian – European experience of IFIN-HH – ELI-NP – MHTC in this respect is the starting point of this initiative.
All participants agreed to increase the expenditures for the project in the next period of time and to recover the slight delays in the activities implememtation.
It was established the schedule for the next partners meetings one in at mid term in Szeged, Hungary were the JS will be invited to attend and the other one at Croatian partner – INOVAcija in May.
