RI2integrate – Embeddedness of high quality research infrastructures in the Danube Region, IFIN HH & MHTC is organizing a Matchmaking event of industry and government on Public Procurement of Innovation (PPI) on  the 8-th of July 2019, at  IFIN-HH National Library of Physics venue.

Innovation and research results are services based on new knowledge and very specific in their prodution and valorification with higher costs than usual merchandises.

Public Procurement of Innovation is an important tool which aims to close the gap between cuting-edge technology and processes and the public sector customers and users who can benefit from them.

PPI should fulfil the demand for innovation from public sector. This demand could help to get this innovation close to the market in some specific areas as for instance health care, civic infrastructure, environmental issues.

PPI initiatives could be grant programmes, strategies, acts, directives or projects.

The matchmaking event aims at an open discussion on the main important issues, decisions and best practice in Public Procurement of Innovation taking into accout the experience of Danube Regional Partners

We are pleased to invite you to take actively part in this event and benefit from  exchange of experience.
